On the video surveillance policy of JV ZAO MILAVITSA

1. This Regulation has been developed in accordance with the Regulation on video surveillance of JV ZAO MILAVITSA with the purpose of explaining to personal data subjects the purposes of processing their images captured by the video surveillance camera(s) of JV ZAO MILAVITSA and reflects the rights available to personal data subjects in this regard and the mechanism for their implementation.

2. Video surveillance is carried out by JV ZAO MILAVITSA in accordance with paragraph 20 of Art. 6 and clause 1 of Art. 17 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated May 7, 2021 No. 99-Z “On the Protection of Personal Data” (hereinafter referred to as the Law), clause 2 of part 1 of Art. 55 of the Labor Code of the Republic of Belarus of July 26, 1999 No. 296-Z, the Law of the Republic of Belarus of November 8, 2006 No. 175-3 "On Security Activities in the Republic of Belarus", the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of October 25, 2007 No. 534 "On Measures to Improve Security Activities", the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of November 28, 2013 No. 527 "On the Creation and Application of a Video Surveillance System in the Interests of Ensuring Public Order", the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 30, 2013 No. 1164 "On the Criteria for Classifying Facilities as Subject to Mandatory Equipment with Video Surveillance Systems for the Status of Public Safety".

3. Video surveillance is carried out for the following purposes:

- ensuring the safety of individuals, protecting property in the administrative and household building, production and other premises of the Joint Venture ZAO "MILAVITSA";

- ensuring public order in the hostels of the Joint Venture ZAO "MILAVITSA".

4. Video surveillance is carried out around the clock and continuously 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using open video surveillance cameras.

5. Video surveillance is not used for:

- recording the actual working hours of the employees of the Joint Venture ZAO "MILAVITSA";

- unique identification of persons depicted in the video recording;

- for unique identification of persons whose voice is recorded on an audio recording during video surveillance.

6. Video surveillance cameras are installed in places open to the public in the following areas.

6.1. Administrative and amenity building, production and other premises of JV ZAO "MILAVITSA" at the address: Minsk, ul.Novovilenskaya 28:

- the main entrance to the administrative and amenity building with video surveillance directed from the hall with the sound recording function;

- on the facade of the administrative and amenity building with video surveillance directed to the adjacent territory from the side of ul.Novovilenskaya;

- the food complex (canteen) of JV ZAO "MILAVITSA", the main entrance with video surveillance directed to the premises;

- catering complex (canteen) of SP ZAO "MILAVITSA" with video surveillance directed into the premises at the main entrance;

- catering complex (canteen) of SP ZAO "MILAVITSA" with video surveillance directed toward the cash register area;

6.2. Dormitories of SP ZAO "MILAVITSA":

- dormitory, Minsk, ul.Novovilenskaya 26, main entrance to the dormitory with video surveillance directed toward the entrance with sound recording function;

- dormitory, Minsk, ul.Novovilenskaya 26 on the facade of the building with video surveillance directed toward the adjacent territory from the side of ul.Novovilenskaya;

- dormitory in Minsk, ul.Novovilenskaya 26 on the facade of the building with video surveillance directed to the adjacent courtyard area;

- dormitory in Minsk, ul.Kulman 33 main entrance to the dormitory with video surveillance directed towards the entrance with sound recording function;

- dormitory in Minsk, ul.Kulman 33 on the facade of the building with video surveillance directed to the adjacent territory from the side of ul.Kulman;

- dormitory in Minsk, ul.Kulman 33 on the facade of the building with video surveillance directed to the adjacent courtyard area.
